SWAN SKILLTECH has been registered with the main objective of Skill Development\/vocational education and training to youths, women, and children for increasing their economical stability through employment or self-employment generation for them. SWAN conducting many Women & Child Development activities like Training School for slum area children, Cr\u00e8ches, College for very poor family youths, Support to training & Employment Generation Programmes for women, Youths. Modern Vocational Training Programmes for youths, women. Skill Development and enterpreneuership development activities, Women Rights Awareness Camps, Youth Camps, Farmers SHG ,clubs\/groups formation, etc rural area activities and mobilization of residents has been working.<\/p>

SWAN has helped youths and women to start their own village\/ cottage industries, small business, upgrading traditional skills and business skill to develop into modern business. Also provides Marketing support to these people, craftsmen, and artisans in the area. SWAN has organized rallies, product promotional events, exhibitions and road shows for the Upliftment of the small scale \/cottage industries in the area.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
